FRESMAK ARNOLD MB2 Durmak
Fresmak’s multi-purpose vice with a pendulum-moving jaw for workpieces with non-parallel faces.
Characteristics
- Designed to work with hardened inserts. The positioning of the inserts determines the clamping capacity of the vice.
- Fixed jaw with several positions for insert placement. Movable pendulum jaw with several positions for insert placement.
- Equipped with a high-pressure mechanical multiplier.
- Optional pressure regulator.
- Angle driver for handle clearance available upon request.
- Two part option available upon request.
- This vice includes preinstallation for 0-MAK zero point system.

- Fixed spindle. The spindle shoe moves with the movable jaw.
- Accuracy of 0.01 mm in clamping repeatability.
- Can be clamped to the table using either the four standard clamps supplied or four screws through the inside of the vice.
- Suitable for use in vertical and horizontal machining centres.
- Versatile design: all jaws for the MB2 vices are interchangeable.
- Side openings for easy cleaning of the inside of the vices.
- 40/50 kN clamping force according to model and size.
- Can be clamped to the table using either the four standard clamps supplied or four screws through the inside of the vice.
