Characteristics
- Force multiplication is carried out by means of a single-acting oleo-dynamic spindle, designed for process automation and robotisation.
- It maintains a constant length regardless of the size of the workpiece.
- Removable fixed jaw: enables the use of machined jaws tailored to the workpiece.
- Automatic forward and reverse travel of 4 mm.
- Adjustable clamping force directly proportional to the inlet oil pressure.
- This vice includes preinstallation for 0-MAK zero point system.

- Fixed spindle. The spindle shoe moves with the movable jaw.
- Accuracy of 0.01 mm in clamping repeatability.
- Can be clamped to the table using either the four standard clamps supplied or four screws through the inside of the vice.
- Suitable for use in vertical and horizontal machining centres.
- Versatile design: all jaws for the MB2 vices are interchangeable.
- Side openings for easy cleaning of the inside of the vices.
- 40/50 kN clamping force according to model and size.
- Can be clamped to the table using either the four standard clamps supplied or four screws through the inside of the vice.
